Rules of Prey

I liked this book written by John Sandford. The “mad dog” killer is insane and very intelligent and he is terrorizing the Twin Cities. He targets attractive women with brown hair and tries hard to not leave behind any evidence. Lieutenant Lucas Davenport is a motivated cop who will use any method to outsmart the murderer. This is the first novel in the series.
