Double Cross

This is an okay book written by James Patterson. Kyle Craig is sentenced to life at a maximum security prison, but vows that he will escape. After four years he finally hatches a plan that works. There is a second fugitive, nicknamed the Audience Killer, who creates elaborate spectacles for killing his victims so that many people can witness the crimes. Now Alex Cross must follow the clues to try and stop both of these monsters. This is the thirteenth book in the series.
