Stoneheart

This is an okay book written by Charlie Fletcher. While on a school field trip, outcast George Chapman accidentally awakes an ancient evil. Now, the statues of London have come to life, including a Pterodactyl that chases the terrified twelve-year-old. However, not all of the statues are evil, as George is aided by a WWI gunner. Together, they must face the evil that plagues London and return the world to the way it was.

This is the first book in the trilogy.
